Defoamer agents are essential for coatings finishing and application, so they need to masterfully perform their functions of inhibiting and destroying foams. The SYCO® defoamer line provides shock and residual action, provides improved finish, spreading rate and coverage, due to the aid in the formation of a cohesive and homogeneous film. Furthermore, it optimizes the dispersion of pigments, by releasing the incorporated air.
Chemical name: Emulsion of foam destroying and inhibiting hydrophobic particles
SYCO 711®, in addition to having high anti-foaming and defoaming power, reduces the amount of splashes in the application, inhibits the formation of craters and provides excellent long-term stability of the final product, as it presents particles that do not emulsify in the system.
It is recommended to use SYCO 711® in water-based systems, from high to low PVC, textures and sparkling pastes.

SYCO 721® is the noblest additive in the line, has high anti-foaming and defoaming power and allows the use of low dosage, due to its high efficiency compared to classic emulsified mineral oil. It reduces the amount of splashes in the application, inhibits the formation of craters and provides excellent long-term stability, as it presents particles that do not emulsify in the system.
It is recommended to use SYCO 721® in systems that demands high performance, water-based, high to low PVC, textures and sparkling pastes.

SYCO 730®, in addition to having high anti-foaming power, promotes a defoaming effect in the manufacturing process, superior to the traditional mineral oil-based market. It also reduces the amount of splashes in the application, inhibits the formation of craters, it has low interference on the final product’s gloss and wet abrasion resistance, in addition to providing excellent long-term stability of the final product, as it presents particles that do not emulsify in the system.
It is recommended to use SYCO 730® in water based systems, from high to low PVC, textures and sparkling pastes.
